Under this offer, customers who have been using broadband continuously for the last six months as on 01-11-2008 can avail double their usage of free download in the month of November 2008 i.e twice of what is available in the plan normally. The double usage benefit will be available to customers who remain active throughout November 2008 and all plan change requests that are received in the month of November 2008 will be made effective only from 01-12-2008.
